General Rules

Parents must give their correct mobile / land line telephone numbers to the school, so that they may be contacted immediately in case of emergency.  It will be the responsibility of parents to ensure that the school is informed immediately of any change of residential address and phone number. Please ensure that you give a mobile number on which the school can communicate with you through messages.

Parents should ensure that their wards do not carry excessive cash, cell phones, ipods, pendrives, CDs , DVDs or Blue Ray Disks to school. They should not wear rings/chains, decorative hair bands etc. Colouring  of hair, applying mehendi, wearing nail polish, wearing broad shaped shoes are not permitted. These will be confiscated if the students do not comply to the rules. If a student is caught with a mobile phone within the school campus then he/she will be suspended from the school for a month with immediate effect, without seeking any explanation.

You are advised to attend all Parents Teacher Meetings so that you may be constantly informed of your ward’s progress.

Notebooks, projects, tiffin, money, medicine etc. will not be accepted in the school once the class have begun.

If the child has forgotten to bring his/her tiffin box other children will share their food.

Any change in the residential address or telephone nos. of the student must be intimated to the school immediately.

Discipline is the backbone of all our schools hence we would like to draw your attention to the following rules and regulations. Kindly read these rules carefully and ensure that they are strictly followed by all students and their guardians.

Uniform

Kindly pay special attention to your ward’s uniform.  Students must wear sparkling white shirts which are well ironed.  Black shoes must be well polished. Sports uniform must be correct.  Students of classes 5 to 10 should wear black and white shoes with velcro (Campus- Action) only.  Shoes of other colours and designs will not be permitted. Low waist pants are not allowed in the school. Boys should have a proper hair cut failing which after two warnings the school will make arrangements to get the hair cut in the school itself. Please remember that there will be zero tolerance in this regard.

Please adhere to the folloing points.

  • All students should come to school in neat, clean and correct uniform.
  • Students wearing untidy and incorrect uniform will be checked and penalized.
  • Hair must be well groomed and cut or given a neat appearance.
  • Girls are not permitted to wear bangles, fancy clips, jewelry items.
  • Girls should not apply nail-polish or Mehendi. Only black hair bands, rubber bands and hair clips to be used.

Summer Uniform

Girls:   Half sleeved shirt, skirt, school Belt, and socks.

 

Boys:   Half sleeved shirt, full pants, school belt and socks.


Winter Uniform

Girls:   Full sleeved shirt, skirt, school tie, school belt and socks. In extreme cold, only white stockings allowed.
(no leggings or slacks)


Boys:   Full sleeved shirt, full pants, school tie, school belt and socks.

NOTE : Grey school sweater as and when required.  All woollen accessories (scarves etc.) to be grey in colour.
Only cream coloured thermals permitted under the shirt / blouse.  No coloured sweaters to be worn underneath.

Punctuality

    Please be informed that the school gates will be closed immediately after the school bell rings in the morning. No student will be granted entry after this. The school will not be responsible for the students who are not given entry into the campus or who are not dropped or picked from the school gate.

    Children who go by their own conveyance must be collected promptly after the school gets over. 

    Please adhere to the following points.

  • Students are required to be punctual to school.
  • School gates will be closed at 7:30 a.m. as per summer timings and 8:00 a.m. in winters.
  • No child will be granted entry after the closure of the school gates.
  • Students must be regular to school. Irregularity will not be condoned.
  • Whenever a student is absent he/she may sit in class only after submitting a leave application duly signed by the parents.
  • Absence for more than a week without information will result in the deletion of the student’s name from the school rolls.
  • In above mentioned case the student will be permitted to attend the school only after paying readmission charges.

Absence

  • No half day will be granted. Parents must not send the child to school at all if they know that the child will not be able to attend full school.
  • No leave will be granted during test/exam days. Children who miss test will be awarded zero.
  • In case of genuine illness medical leave will be granted only when the child is shown to the Principal.
  • Medical certificates will not be accepted.

Transportation

  • Children who go by their own conveyance must be collected promptly from the school after it gives over.
  • The school will not be responsible for the children after school gives over.
  • The school will not be responsible for any student who mingles with the own conveyance student and leave school using some other means of transport.
